Comstock Parts Taylor J Moore Fruad and Theft Jacksonville, Florida

I ordered a 2003 Landrover Freelander engine from this company August 17, 2010. I have yet to receive the engine or my refund i requested. The total cost was $3638. I have called and everytime i get an excuse and he always says he will call me right back or it should be there tomorrow. My husband lost his job and in the same week his engine blew. We need this vehicle so he can get a new job to help provide for our family.

I explained all of this to Taylor and it didn't seem to concrn him. We desperately need this money back so we can get his car fixed. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bereau of Duval county. I am also going to the Sheriffs office tomorrow to proceed with pressing charges for fraud and theft. If any others that this company has affected would send me their email maybe we can jointly get our money back and this company out of business. Thanks for any help.
