Comsumers Publishing Clearing House Lawyer from a firm in Atlanta.Ga Got a phone call from this laywer Thursday May14 saying I had won second prize and that a courier would deliever it on Monday May 18 between 9 -11. Said they would take out the taxes for me and the prize was for $500,000.00. No courier showed.

Got a phone call from this laywer Thursday May14 saying I had won second prize and that a courier would deliever it on Monday May 18 between 9 -11. Said they would take out the taxes for me and the prize was for $500,000.00. No courier showed. Why would some one do that.
