New Dean Maggie (personal friend of former president Gerald Parr) has been permitted to consistently perform hostile treatment to her education department employees. She has fired program directors who have worked hard to establish associate degree and certificate programs, while also securing their accreditations. Dean Maggie enjoys infusing her personal family woes upon her staff, during a recent meeting which had nothing to do with business. The new president should be highly concerned of her practices and FIRE her immediately. She is NOT competent, has terrible customer service and relationship building skills which continue to support the low retention rate of employees.
