Me and my wife bought a so called contract with Condolink back in October of 2008 with a guarentee of selling our condo in Orlando,FL within 3 months.
Not on singel word back from them since then, and the same thing goes with Specialty network who referred us to them.

If someone else has been a victim of these people, please contact me ASAP.
