The person that filed this report was on an interview with one of the managers in our organization and is not an employee, customer nor a client of Atlantis or Con Edison Solutions. When confronted Adrian claimed to be on drugs and begged us not to file charges. If this report is not removed formal charges will be brought against him. For the record Atlantis Business Consulting is a firm that was exercising their contract with Con Edison Solutions at the time of Adrian's interview. Con Edison Solutions is an ESCO that is owned by Con Edison. At no time during Adrian's interview did anyone claim to be from "Con Ed". The woman's rate per kwh was reduced from 12 cents to 8.4 cents fixed. By choosing Con Edison Solutions as her energy supplier she was able to lock in that 8.4 cent rate for 12 months. The customer is very happy as are our other 30,000 customers in the tri-state area. We offer a service free of charge to our customers and pride ourselves on our customer service. Adrian is a very disturbed young man and we hope he gets the help that he needs with his drug problem, however we do not take these accusations lightly. We have been in business for over 4 years and never have we heard such ridiculous accusations. Furthermore we are appalled that "ripoffreport.com" would allow such accusations to be publicly made with absolutely no evidence in support. We are sure that if they are a reputable company they will remove this non-sense immediately.
