Conicelli Toyota Partznet trademotion.com, conicelliautoplex.com They sent the wrong parts and refused to let me return them. It was completely their fault too... These are the parts they told me were correct. Conshohocken, Pennsylvania

They sent the wrong parts after a very long phone conversation. I was buying parts for my 1990 toyota 4-runner and they gave me square grommets when I needed round ones, among other things. Here's my order number: 26646514. I called them and ask for help and their condescending sales-person told me "too bad", I tried to talk to the manager and got the same message. They refuse to take responsibility for sending the wrong parts and they made me pay for it too. I wasn't able to reverse the payment because they had proof of shipping. These guys had cheap prices, but in the end it was a complete rip-off because I didn't get what I needed.
