The Conner Group is expanding there Enterprise down here in Texas. They have bought out Arboretum Estates in Richardson Texas. This occurred around 12-2012. I am renting a 1 bedroom 1/2 study for $859. Today, 4-7-2012, the lady at the office said since our lease expires in July, she can offer us the renewal rate of $999 a month for the next 12 month contract. Great deal, right! What nerve! This company is taking advantage of people by cashing in on the current housing crash and the supply and demand for apartments by gouging our wallets. It must be inflation, gas, food, now the Conner Group steps in to cash in for their Regime.
