What a joke.  Salesperson left old company MegaColor.  Didn't even tell me she was with a new company.  Just called up like everything was the same.  Gave me different place to upload.  I gave it to my designer.  He thought I knew.  It was a 20 page catalog.  MegaColor had printed it several times before, never a problem. 

Now, 1st they said they didn't get the files, then they got them, and not right, then they printed it and it looks like s**t.  It's time for a new press.  They told me it was fine and it was my files if anything.  My sales rep said she thought she mentioned that she was with a new company.  Don't trust it.  They must be printing on a 100 year old press, a few sales people left the old company and must be trying to get rich quick.  Problem is you need to print still. 

From now on, "Don't stick with the old salesperson, stick with the old company".  I used to be loyal to the rep.  They were the ones that did the work, but not really.  I learned my lesson and now I've got to live for 8 months with these cr***y catalogs.

We are very sorry that you had a bad experience, Michael.

First of all, if you had an issue, it would have been helpful for you to ask to speak to someone in management. It is my understanding that you did not make that request.

We do make mistakes, because we are human. However, we have an excellent reputation, and for the past 3 years, we have had zero customer complaints and have an A+ Better Business Bureau rating. We stand behind our work. In fact, had you taken the time to read it, we have a total satisfaction guarantee on all of our products

Our presses are state-of-the-art Komori presses, and they are all about 3 years old, not 100 years old as you have asserted.

It wouldn't really be possible for you to "stick with MegaColor", as they are no longer in business.

Plus, your use of thinly-disguised profanity is unprofessional, and really adds nothing of substance to your claim.

Again, we are very sorry that you didn't have a positive experience with us, because over 99% of our customers do.
