Conseco aka Green Tree Servicing, does not accurately compute loan balances, unlawfully adds charges to account balances, does not respond to inquries, refuses to correct errors. For anyone else reading this witht he same problem, I suggest you send a written letter to Conseco (in lending terms, this letter will be treated as a "qualifed written request" under 12 U.S.C. 2605(e), with your account number and identifying information and request a written response and an immediate correction for any problem you are having with them. Per 12 U.S.C. 2605(E), Conseco MUST respond with an explanation and correct the matter unless they give a reasonable explanation for not correct the problem. If Conseco does not respond ni writing you could recover any actual damages sustained from the error in addition to $1,000.00 per occurrence if you establish if patter and practice of non-compliance is shown.

Also, I am interested in knowing what happened to the person in Sacramento who had the mortgage problem with Conseco, I do have some information that she will find helpful. Please send a copy of this t her. Thank you.
