this company sends fake bills to people but cant explain to me how they are billing behind when i have been paying a water bill every month since may of 2014. all they keep saying is its not that your behind the billing is which makes no since i dont owe you for anything prior to may of 2014 .so how is the billing behind if payments are made every month

Pull a history of the actual monthly statements. Since you have an active account, that should be fairly easy for you to do. If there is a balance from a prior month it will show up on the statement. If you check the entire history from the time you started in 2014 you will see if and when this billing error or skipped payment occured.

Pathlight Property Management Home Partners of America Angela Sandlinand the east team with Pathlight Conservice Pathlight management is the worst. Home Partners of America are connected to Pathlight. They do not tell you about all of the hidden fees. They lie about ordering parts that need to fix broken stuff in your new rental with an option to buy. There are too many people you have to constantly reach out to to fix things, correct wrong information, return monies etc. these companies combined are the worst. They lie. If you need to rent/ purchase a home Do Not go through home Partners of America or Pathlight management. Save yourself the headache. This company has stressed me out so bad. Run Run Run Texas Plano

Conservice utilities I rent a home from American homes 4rent and they use conservice utilities service which includes gas,sewer,trash,water,electricity i moved here in May 2017 every month my bill keepers going higher instead of lower it's only me and my daughter living in this house I don't put the air on during the day just the ceiling fan I cook once a day and my bill this month was 400.00 last month was 364.00 I've never seen nobody come and check the meters to see my usage Utah Las Vegas nevada
