Filed a warranty replacement claim with Spring Air for mattress and box springs. Replacement products were not comparable in price, quality, ot type. Contacted Spring Air claims six (6) times via telephone with not return calls and sent five (5) emails with one response which was not helpful and did nothing to resolve the issue. I am totally dissatisfied.
