I've cancelled my account with them, or so I thought. I asked for written confirmation of the account cancellation and have yet to receive it. They also told me that they would notify me (within 7 business days) before withdrawing money from my bank account. THEY NEVER NOTIFIED ME (that violates the Electronic Funds Transfer Act). Has anyone else had success with terminating their account? If so, please let me know!
