They notified me right away, gave me a number to call and I talked to someone from their company who explained everything and also gave me some great tips for improving my emails in general. They gave me the tools to actually improve what I was doing in terms of communication with my own customers, as well as avoid any sort of legal trouble with CAN SPAM. As a result, I've seen a huge increase in the success of my email campaigns and I've acquired new business.
