This company attracts you with promises of fixed low rate and cash sign up bonus. In reality, once you signed in, they charge you very inflated variable rates 30% - 40% higher than New Jersey Natural Gas. I called four times, spent hours to get a refund for overcharging -- no results. If I am not alone I think they deserve a class action lawsuit
