I recently went online to find a payday loan. Somewhere along the line this company took my checking account information and signed me up for some service that costs $69.95. Never did I agree to this.
Guess it was in the fine print somewhere, so they say.
I called them to get my money back. They will give me $57 back in 2-3wks, unless I want to wait for a "package" to come, and if I returned that to them then they would issue the full refund.
I filed a report with the internet crimes.
I also called my bank, CHASE, and to my surprise they are issuing a full refund within the next 24hrs.
