Received letter stating I had won $525,439. They want $21.95 to process and handle. What a bunch of crap!

Anyone who is legitimately winning money will not fail to include a phone number and expect you to pay to receive your money!

I went online to search and found this excellent site. I only found the complaint under Prize Distribution Center however; and decided to also file one using this name since I failed to find anything when I put "Consumer Award Advisory Panel" in the search.

Thank God for the internet and sites like this one so people don't get ripped off!
