I recently received a call from consumer capitol services promising a visa with a $1,500 limit and a mastercard with a 2,500 limit, with my payment of $279. They took the $279.00 out of my account already. I called them today and they promised to be a reputable company, assured me my cards are guaranteed.

My family and I do not have alot of money and looked at this as a way to establish credit, and benefit our future. Now I sit more worried then ever. $279.00 is alot of money to us. At this point I don't know what to do, or how to get your money back.
