CTI contacted me. A company, PFG Best, had sold me services to auto trade stock and futures for me. PFG was found to be doing fraudulent practices. CTI, and later Consumer Collection Advocates, charged me $450 to get back the $5,000 investment I had made to purchased the lifetime software license and another $10,000 for my trading account. Most, if not all, of this money was lost in the markets.

A year or more ago I heard back from CCA stating that time had expired in which to file and get my money back.
