I spoke with Mr Hartman at Consumer Data Industry Association (CDIA) and low and behold they said they never heard of Jason Wade Barnette, Mr Hartman said he will check in to it to see why Jason Wade Barnette is making false and misleading statements. The TN bar is checking in to Jason Wade Barnette on making false statements. We will post the results here when we get them.

These are just more lies. Here are some of the mistruths:
1) There is no Mr. Hartman at the CDIA. Anyone can verify this by contacting them at:

2) Mr. Barnette is simply counsel for ACS, LLC. Therefore, when he state ACS is certified by the CDIA that means that actual employees. Mrs. Unger is certainly certified and I would encourgage anyone who doubts this to contact:

3) The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility is not looking into anything. You would need to file a complaint including your real name and address in order to do anything. Since Mr. Barnette has done nothing wrong, you would be liable for defamation. Go ahead and do it.
