Consumer Direct Warranty Service Consumer Direct Warranty Services is a Fraud Company - They Scam You!!! Internet, California

I purchased a 5 year warranty for $2085 and recently tried to use it and the claim was denied saying that I didn't have proper maintenance records which is false. I have all the proper maintenance records and receipts and faxed and emailed it to them and my repair facility also faxed all the maintenance documents to them and they just don't respond.They absolutely will not talk to anyone on the phone. All correspondance has to be in writing. If you check them out on the internet there are hundreds of complaints against them. They are a bunch of con artists. I am stuck with a $2000 warranty that is worthless and a $4000 repair job. These people need to be arrested and put in jail for fraud.
