I started to order a free credit report and then changed my mind and cancelled. I did not take the report. I was however, charged on my credit card $79.95. Sent copy of my letter to Consumer Info and a copy of the information on the law suit against this outfit.

I notified my credit card company about the charge being unauthorized. Sent letter to ConsumerInfo.com and also sent them an email containing the letter as an attachment.

I hope the refund comes through.
