I mailed a processing fee to the Consumer Preferred Company and was granted a credit card for their product line. I recently wanted to make my first purchase and can not get them to answer the phone or respond on line.

I realize now I am the victim of a scam. Since the credit card is worthless anywhere else I would like to get my money back. What do I do?
