I too was called by Consumer Retrieval Services after Horizon Technologies went out of business for fraud. I filled out the paper work and sent it in as requested. Months after signing some letters and mailing them out as directed, I was told that I needed to send them some credit card paperwork. I have not heard from them since. (Of course, I monitor my accounts and have email notfications if there is any activitiy on my account.) How long does it take to get results? I am hoping that I was not duped by another crooked company.
