I wanted to a B2B email blast using opt in email addresses.

I was assured that all the addresses would be up to dat and opt in.

purchased 40K and asked what to expect in a bounce rate.I was told upto 8%

48% bounced, 30% unopened and the rest were auto responders.

I asked for a full refund. Was offered 40% or $1000.00 and 10,000 new addresses.
