On October 16, 2008 a deited amount of funds from my checking account was paid to this company without my approval. I specifically checked the no box that I did't want their credit card that was offered.

Also on October 3rd , 2008 my account was debited without my approval the amount of money taken from my account was 79.95 and 49.95 two different accounts fom two separate banks.
