I joined publishers clearing house ,and I've bought a few,items. Right after that I started receiving letters that I won large sums of money  .but I had to take a little test and send in a cm.or money order in for $19.99,$10.00,$9.00 .I did however the first letter I received Sen a check for $10.00 ,after that I received quite a bit of the same kind of letters.
