Washington Estates is the worst mobile home park ever. They criticize the people who live in it by calling them trailor trash, and try to tell them to watch for "drug dealers" when they use themselves. Also I have now found out that one of the people who work in the office left a door unlocked so a friend of hers could rob the office. I have been charged extreme amounts of money for water on top of the regular lot rent bill.

This place is RIDICULOUS! NEVER move to this community!
