ContiPay Dave Johnson sent $10,000; canceled contract to be refunded after 1 year; 1 year was over April 11th 2020; stopped communication, refuse refund

was told i would  process overages on credit cards; process and keep fee. actually did a few and made under $100. got suspeciuos due to each coming back as chargeback; made up story Nov. '19 I had cancer and had to cancel. refund was due upon 1 year. after 1 year [April '20], they replied, 'due to Covid, would be another month'. stopped replying back on telegram. Last communication from Caleb; June 23rd 2020, that I would be alerted in the alerts channel on telegram. Enrollee support replied today: This is not a group anymore...   Been requesting refund, just being ignored until today's message. 

I have original western union receits where sent to, and some screen shots of conversations.
