SCAM Alert: Conway Van Lines

Please note that Conway Van Lines is a well organized scam. It is impossible to reach any other person than from dispatch whom answer's by the name "Sophie" Please call 1-800-433-4183 to verify yourself. You will not be able to reach an owner named David P.

Claims against company include but not limited to the following:

I. Theft of property

II. Severe Damage to property

III. Verbal physical thefts by driver (Milton) Police were dispatched

IV. Over-charge (Est.Charge $1483 with complete inventory listed. Actual $4183)

V. 15 days late

Once these issues were brought to "Sophies" attention she hangs up then blocks your number. It doesn't matter how many different numbers you call from they block the number and refuse to answer.

Both the Dallas Police Department, Broward Sherrif's Department, DOT, MovingClaims.Net and other affiated agencies have been notified.

You will be asked to sign 12 legal documents. They will say you do NOT need insurance if you have renters insurance. This is NOT true. 

This company has caused over $15k in physical property damage and loss. Every box was opened and belongings were un-wrapped to search for valuables.

This is a warning for anyone that is considering using this company. They will also ask you to provide a video testimony. This is part of thier scam. This is only done once they load your belongings, not when they are delivered. DO NOT SIGN any documents. If you are forced to do so under physical assault, indicate you are signing "Under Duresss"
