Cook Portable Warehouses Poor workmanship No service Nationwide

I ordered a Cooks Shed in late Feb 2016. I put $1,000 down. In early April it still hadn't arrived so I called. They told me they had lost my paperwork. a couple of weeks later I called again and finally in May they delivered the shed. Upon inspection I saw damage on the bottom edges in 2 areas and a shingle was missing. The edges looked like one had been gouged by the forklift and the other had scrapped along the ground when loading. I did not list these on the receiving document because I didn't feel it would hurt the effectiveness of the shed, I did however list the missing shingle on the roof, then signed the receiving document. The delivery driver said someone would be out to fix it. I also noted that there were large brass "Box type" Staples holding the shingles in place and protruding out from the shingles especially down the sides and top, some of the staples weren't even seated properly. The driver told me "That's how they make them".

Needless to say, months went by and no one showed to repair the roof so I called. The service person stated they would report it and someone would come out because at this point I was still paying the rent for it. As time went on I made several more calls and was told the same thing. In Feb 2017 I paid it off and still haven't got the repairs needed. I will probably have to re-roof it this year due to the staples going from outside the shingles, through them and into the wood underneath. The missing single was never replaced.

My question is, how can you shingle a roof with these large brass staples which punch holes completely through the shingles and expect that it won't leak eventually.
