I also agreed to chance it and receive a free knife, paying only the shipping. However, the documentation that ships with knife provides an inaccurate number to cancel the subscription. "800-209-8397"
'Helidude' should clamp his pie hole! The other ripoff complaints are accurate in that this number delivers you to a non-Cooking Pleasures associated business. I RE-READ the provided subscription cancellation documentation for accuracy. 'Helidude' apparently attended different English classes than the rest of us!
If someone can please provide a REAL cancellation number, it would be greatly appreciated by us folks that can read English, which will hopefully occur prior to receiving additional expensive knife shipments that will definitely be refused.

That is the right 800 number

Hey I experienced the same thing. A $3 knife sounds wonderful! Call that 800 number. It is a marketing company that has several other similar scam products I'm sure. Just follow the prompts and you should be all set. Just have the last 4 digits of the card charged handy. If this doesn't work, well, I am not opening any packages from them, write return to sender, and put a hold on my account, disputing any further charges. Hopefully it won't come to that. It must be some fine print in the offer we missed. Pretty crappy company.. given they don't even have a website?? Most local pizza joints even have a website, or at least a Facebook page.
