COOL PATCH PUMPKINS MATT COOLEY THE GRINCH WHO STOLE HALLOWEEN THIS YEAR! Dixon, California

We visited Cool Patch Pumpkins in Dixon , California in October 2009. We bought over 8 pumpkins for around $30. We had to make our way through heavy mud because this is one of those pick your own pumpkin patches, no big deal. About 3 days later we realized all the pumpkins started rotting and getting moldy. We left them in a cool dry place on the kitchen table and sent some with other family members where they also turned rotten. I revisited the Cool Patch Pumpkins website and found a person to contact by the name of Matt Cooley. I called the number and was hung up on, so i decided to make contact via email. I explained what happened and got an immediate reply from Matt on his iPHONE. He offered a short reply of " we'll take care of you " .  so i replied back asking " when, where and who do we see? about the return/exhange ?? " We never received a response , so i gave it about a week or more. Finally i realized we were out of time to get pumpkins and i decided to send another email since i havent received a reply letting Matt Cooley know what we thought about his lack of responsibility and that we would not be returning there next year even though this was our second year attending. Matt Cooley's response was " THANK YOU ! " . I was just going to let it go and take the $30 loss but with that kind of spit in your face response upset me. I have now filed a complaint with the BBB and with the Dept. of consumer affairs along with leaving poor ratings and comments on every website possible. Some business owners think they are untouchable and they forget that we have voices and thanks to the interent they will be heard.
