I legitamtely won and cashed out $400 at on May 05, 2017.  I submitted documents required for the withdrawal to be sent via check.  Coolcat-casino aknowleged winnings are approved to be forwarded to me.

After several weeks of no check recieved, I followed up with the online casino.  They told me they "escalated my request to the finance department".  

It has been over three months since I initiated the $400 payout.  I have followed up with the casino (via chat), on the progress of the withdrawal at least once every 2 weeks.  Each time, I recieved the same response, to no avail.
