CoolHandle.com Teet Ratsep, 02nd of July, 2014 This company is a scam. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH coolhandle. They charge your credit card and won't refund a penny even if you cancel within 15 days. The customer service just gives you a run around. Nobody answers e-mails even when you open a ticket with refund. Again, I'm taking a legal action against this company. This is for everyone dealing with CoolHandle. Do Nor Do Business with this Company. Please read my report and CoolHandle response. They terminated my account without Refund. I'm glad I have all the invoices and correspondence to file a legal action against this company. Also, I will post my experience in every bulletan board on web so if anybody Googles the company, a common denominator - Scam comes up.
