cooltan Linda McCracken deceptive tactics to sell a subpar product Internet

 We first contacted Linda McCracken through the "contact us" section of their website. My husband told her that we were going on vacation in a week and asked when the shirts he ordered would arrive. Linda was very quick to respond and said if we ordered before Monday she would ship them on Monday and we would get them by friday. So we placed the order Sunday morning. We assumed she shipped them Monday, but when Wednesday came around, we received shipping confirmation. She didn't ship til Wednesday. So of course the shirts weren't here on time. We got back from our vacation and found the shirts inside our house waiting for us. We had a great time on our vacation so we decided to forget about the company's incompetence and try on the shirts. They fit fine, but there is no way I would allow my husband to wear that shirt out in public. It is completely transparent. We were worried about that before, but the website specifically stated that the shirt is not see through. We lost the return paper that we were supposed to fill out so we are stuck with some shirts that we will not wear. Hopefully our experience will help others make a more informed decision before they make their purchase.
