I was using their service for some months and decided to put it on hold until I wanted to use it again. Unbeknownst to me they reactivated my membership to full payment after a few months. They have records of me not being in the salon for any of this time period and yet they refused to refund the money and even charged me for the following month too due to some 'clause' in their billing.
