Over two years ago, our company purchased five Xerox wide-format machines, costing $5,500 each. Copiers & More delivered 4 of the wide-formats but failed to deliver the fifth Xerox. They promised to replace the missing machine when they received more.
However, Copiers & More refuses to follow up on this despite countless emails and calls from our company requesting a refund or delivery of the product. Each time we have contacted Copiers & More, they give another excuse to delay delivery of the product or promise to return the money without further. When dealing with Copiers & More, expect dishonesty, un-professionalism, failure to make payments and failure to deliver products.

We shipped them 32 Canon copiers when they paid for 27 and we never got another dime from David Ma.
So, I decided the best way to get our money was to short ship him.
He is another Chinese exporter be careful when dealing with these people they are not like American businesses.
