We recently purchased a copier from this company and it arrived broken and had a previous owner's data on the hard drive. We had a repair company come look at it and there were so many problems with it, that we requested a return from the vendor. They would not take it back even though it was a defective unit, and they gave us the run around and lied about giving us credit towards a future purchase.
DO NOT buy from this company. They are unscrupulous and they are scammers.

When I posted this report, I didn't have all of the correct information. This company is reputable and went out of their way to make good on the transaction. I spoke with the manager and we determined that emails that they sent which I didn't receive contributed to make frustration with them. I will buy from them again in the future and they resolved the situation with class, honesty, and proper business practices.
