This body shop tried to price gouge and steal my only means of transportation and has inflated the prices of parts from wholesale to retail. They verbally agreed to fix parts at a lower price but once car was in his shop he would not release it. I had multiple calls from them telling me that a part was $300 used, i agreed to that and then it was $1700 when i went to pick up the car. On top of that he bragged about it at a mutual friends job thinking its funny that he would put a lean on my car and steal it from me because he thought i couldnt come up with the money. When i showed up with the money that he inflated prices on my new tires where changed out with bald ones, my horn was now broken and the check engine light is on. They tried to say it was like that when i brought it in but it was not true, none of those problems had anything wrong until i brought the car there. This body shop tried too scam me for parts costs inflation, the owner also tried too call my wife and ask about her personal life, not cool, not cool at all. he is also known for damaging the car more underneath bumpers and fenders, which is straight insurance fraud.

As I was looking at the website for coquitlam express autobody, I saw a gentlemen named "PHONY Customer" writting about how he stated the company had mislead him and ripped him off. I found this absolutely 100% hard to believe. I have been dealing with the owner of Coquitlam Express Autobody since 2004 prior to him opening this location. He has not only helped me on one of my vehicles but several of my vehicles through out the years and always has been so kind to help me find the best solutions for my personal issues with my vehicile. I recently have had my Honda Civic 2007 body work done by the shop but also my 2007 Cadillac Escalade and 2005 Nissan 350Z all three vehicles had extensive damage in different circumstances which the shop went above and beyond on the body work. They went out of there way to help me in every circumstance. I have referred 5 close friends as customers just this last year to them and all of them have had there cars fixed from the shop on time with no issues what so ever.
