I hired Cordell & Cordell believing the hype they portrayed on the radio; now 17 months later I am out $42,333.42 and am still not divorced. Beware they will charge you every time something happens on your divorce matter not for the time involved but for a status letter the "firm" requires your attorney to draft informing you of everything you most likely already know; this is billed at your attorney's hourly rate.

Bi-weekly status meetings. You will be billed for both your attorneys time and their supervisors time as well in what they call status meetings. They get to charge you not only their rate but the rate of their supervisor. To this point I have been charged over $4,800.00 as a result of these meetings.

Do you want to continue with your case even though the attorney that knows your case more than anyone is unable to make it? Well you came to the right place! They will happily provide you with an attorney from the "firm;" you will pay for another attorney's time, typically one to two to catch your substitute counsel to catch them up on the complexities of your divorce matter.

You will be represented inadequately and be billed at this attorney's hourly rate which is NEVER less than what the hourly rate of your attorney.

Bottom line... Stay away! They only care about the money and not about you as a client.
