Core Trust Financial Services Inc. Core Trust Bank Account Scam St. John New Foundland

My fiance received a letter in a plain white envelope with no return address on Oct. 3 2008 from CORE TRUST FINANCIAL SERVICES INC.

There was also a very real looking check enclosed for $4,980.00 from CHARISMA SHOPPES,INC. BENSALEM, 450 WINKS LANE, PA, 19020. The check even had water marks and all the security features that you see on every check you ever get.

This is what the letter said. Word For Word

Under his name it had in big letters: APPROVED FINAL NOTICE

When you call this PERRY WILLIAMS he sounds middle eastern or maybe Indian. It is real hard to understand him. He then asks for the Claim Number at the top of your letter. He then tells you that the check with the letter is 1% of your prize. To pay for the taxes. My fiance could not understand him so she gave me the phone. The first thing he asked me was what her bank account number was. I told him she didn't have one. Then he asked if I had a bank account. I told him I didn't have one either. He then told me to have her open one then call him. Yeah, ok I'll jump right on that. I hope these scam artists get caught and put in prison for a very long time. I hope no one falls for this scam and gets there bank account drained of all there hard earned money.
