A woman took a message with reservation. This might  sound petty. From my experience over the years, thats the beginning

of no return calls. If this was a very expensive couch. The attitude would be differnt. Thats not the case here. Ironic how

some companys dont do a thing, unless you spend big bucks. I have a dog and it does not make sense to spend the money.

this is like an addendum to my first complaint, if something happens on the positive side, I will post it, seems i typed my

first report wrong. what i was trying to say is couches are the pretty much the last pieces of furniture made in the usa

you would think they would produce a better couch. bought a high end bedroom suite, where was it made Vietnam. And

according to the rep thats where most of the furniture is made. in my first complaint i stated i had bought another

couch and it was returned. and it had the name serta on it. i still have the tags and i compared both tags. both couches are

made by hughes furniture co. i must say its a real disapointment.if i had known that i would have tolerated my existing

furniture,until hopefully something else came in.
