Corporate Compliance Center Sent an "Annual Minute Compliance Notice" & a $150 payment request Sacramento California

Received a legitimate looking notice in the mail from Corporate Complaince Center stating that it was our "Annual Minutes Complaince Notice", requesting that we fill out the form & send in our check for $150 before 9/30/18 to allow adequate processing time for our documents.

Our company does filll out an annual minutes compliance once a year, AT THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR & NOT THROUGH THIS COMPANY!  This is a complete scam to get people to send in money.  The notice clearly reads at the bottom of the page "This product or service has not been approved or endorses by any governmental agency, and this offer is not being made by an agency of the government.
