This company sent the most cleverly structured yet obviously FRAUDULENT demand for my corporate records and a $125 fee. They even include disclaimers that they are 'not' a governmental organization-- but the documents they send are so well constructed they appear legit-- and suggest that real laws require their filing-- and payment- All NONSENSE..

DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY-- or any of your information.

I have reported the to the BBB and the State of Illinois.
