CORT Furniture Inaccurate and Excessive billing Boston, Massachusetts

This is the worst service company I have come accross in USA. Two examples:

1. I asked for a offer to buy their furniture. They offered me a reasonable price of $1,800. When I accepted the offer and they delivered the furniture. To my amazement they submitted an invoice for $2900. They said the earlier price was a mistake and I must pay the revised price.

2. They submitted a totally inaccurate rental bill charging me three times more than was actually due on my account. When I asked for a detailed breakdown, they would not provide any. Instead they sent bill delinquent notice for payment.

Please be careful when you deal with this company.
