Costa Rica's Call Center Richard Blank Owner and Manager of Costa Rica's Call Center LLC, Las Vegas Nevada is one of the worst companies/people we have ever had to deal with. We contracted with Costa Rica's Call Center and Richard Blank directly for generating FHA mortgage leads for our Mortgage Company in Los Angeles, Ca. We worked with this SCAM, FRAUDULANT COMPANY in late November 2012 to early Jan 2013 and we never received one qualified lead by Ricard Blank and the Costa Rica's Call Center. He told us we would receive qualified leads on 12/11/12 and while we paid this SCAM artist $2800 for "agent hours" we never received one FN lead. I called his office and was told by Franklin some cast away that Richard Blank pushed on our office once we started giving him heat that we would be paid a refund on 02/26/13 and still nothing to date. 

I have been calling and sending emails and to no avail. He just refused to reply as well as answer his phone. Please do not work with Richard Blank and Costa Rica's Call Centers. I have just now realized that he has changed his numbers I tried to call the numbers I had and I was told ( the number you dial is no longer in  service). This man owes us over $2800 he is just a THIEF. I know that he will have to pay this money back some day probably not to me but someone else some where, because of his attitude I know he will not stop cheating people, because it is his nature and a thief is just a thief. Karma is right around the corner.  

Further research into this SCAM we have found out that Richard Blank who also goes by Richard Brown and Richard Smith has a Florida LLC, a Arizona phone number and a fictious Attorney in Texas. His address that he connects to his physical call center in Costa Rica is a false one and the actual call center is located behind a security gate that is monitored probably to keep away the people Costa Rica's Call Center and Richard Blank scam and rip off.

Costa Rica's Call Centers are not just a SCAM for the Mortgage Industry, but a complete SCAM all around as many of the locals in Costa Rica have indicated to us upon our trip down there.
