I purchased a foot massager online, through Walmart.com, but it is Costaway that sells under the Walmart website. The description stated 4 different modes, 2 different settings, and a working remote. Foot massager has one setting, non working remote, battery was switched out. Tried taking it back to Walmart, which stated we had to go through Costway. I filed a complaint online through Walmart, Costway contacted me, asking for a short video, in which I did send them a few times. They finally got back to me, offered me a $15.00 refund, when I paid $85.99 for the foot massager. They also claimed, the item's extra buttons were for decoration only. This is not acceptable and I was defintely ripped off.

Avoid this Costaway. I want a full refund.
