I did come to CMC Services for funding for project and investing in platforms. That's understandable. The simple fact is there was a contract breached. We were supposed to be getting paid our dividends per request. You kept giving me excuses and dragging the process why we wouldn't get paid. You switched the term agreement on us three times with out any written consent. Agreement states funds are available at any time? Doesn't it I have forwarded that to you, and now its going to take 45-90 days to refund our money? I don't know what your solution for this problem is; you have told me you have requested my funds since beginning of December, there is no false or slander here. The contracts and proof is there, this doesn't have anything to do with my current situation Coti; all that we are asking for is our money back, plain and simple. FOR the Record Coti, I didn't shop around with their credit; another company did, and let's get the facts straight. If your company kept its promises, this issue would have never been here.
