Cottage Farms Selling Dead Plants Irvington, Alabama

Ordered Strawberry plants from Cottage Farms they didn't live asked for refund was told they would send new plants and to try them. They did not live either lost about 45-50 dollars on these plants. I called Cottage Farms asking them for refund said it had been a year since I orginally ordered the plants. I told them they guaranteed the plants for a year and the new plants didn't last 3 months. I even asked for just any kind of plants just something that would live. They tell you to try new plants so they don't have to give a refund. Do not take the replacement plants just send the dead plants back and request a refund the new plants they send will not live either.
