The transmission of my Acura CL 2001 died about a month ago.  Despite the long distance I took it to Cottman on Broad Street in Landsdale,PA.  Rich, the manager, lured me there by being very nice and taking the time to chat and earn the business. 

Here I am $2,800 and 3 weeks later, the car still drags, lurches and shakes when I drive it.  I took it there again and Rich says there is nothing wrong with the car.  Rich is no longer nice as he has already made the sale and he really does not care that my car does not work.

I am reporting to BBB. Also taking the car to AAmco to Acura to confirm.
